1 — About the application and publisher
The EquiSafe IA mobile application (the "App") is published by:

This document sets out the terms of service applicable to the App. By accessing the App, the user agrees to these terms in their entirety.
The App is available on Apple's App Store and on Google Play Store. In the event of a conflict between these terms and those of the distribution platform, the platform's rules apply to the extent that they offer greater protection to the user.
2 — Minimum age and access
The App is intended for users aged 16 or over (or 13 with parental consent, depending on local legislation). By using the App, the user declares they meet the age requirement. The Publisher reserves the right to suspend any account that appears to belong to an unauthorised minor.
The App offers guest access (anonymous authentication) enabling users to explore certain features without creating an account. This mode is limited and does not provide access to persistent history, horse profiles, or Pro subscriptions.
3 — Plans & Features (summary)
The table below reflects the current behaviour implemented in the App at the date shown at the bottom of this page.

Note on scans: every AI analysis call (barcode scan, photo OCR, URL link, manual ingredient entry) consumes one scan, whether or not a horse profile is selected. Comparing several products via URL consumes one scan per URL analysed.
4 — Subscriptions & Payments
Pro subscriptions are managed exclusively through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged upon purchase confirmation, then upon each automatic renewal according to the chosen billing period, unless cancelled beforehand under the conditions set by the distribution platform.
Cancellation, renewal management and refund requests must be made directly from the user's App Store or Google Play account, in accordance with each platform's rules.
5 — Price changes
The Publisher reserves the right, at any time, to change the price of Pro subscriptions (monthly, yearly or any other offered plan), in particular to reflect changes in infrastructure costs, AI analysis costs, tax changes or the addition of new features.
Any price change:
- applies as of right to new subscriptions and to renewals taking place after its entry into force;
- is communicated to existing subscribers at least 30 days before the next renewal date, via in-app notification, email and/or the mechanisms provided by Apple's App Store and Google Play Store;
- may be refused by an existing subscriber by cancelling their subscription before the next renewal date; failing such cancellation, continued use of the subscription constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Promotions, welcome offers and preferential rates are by nature temporary and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
6 — User account — Responsibilities
The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. They agree to:
- not share their account with third parties;
- not use the App for unlawful purposes or in breach of these terms;
- not attempt to circumvent quota or subscription mechanisms;
- not submit unlawful, defamatory or third-party rights-infringing content to the App.
The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these terms, without prior notice or refund for the unused period, where the breach is attributable to the user.
7 — Account deletion
Users can delete their account at any time from within the App (Settings › Security › Delete my account). Deletion results in the permanent loss of history, profiles and associated data within a maximum of 30 days. Data subject to statutory retention obligations (billing data) is retained for up to 10 years in accordance with applicable law.
Account deletion does not entitle the user to a refund for the current subscription period: cancellation must first be carried out through the distribution platform (App Store / Google Play).
8 — Limitation of liability & Veterinary disclaimer
EquiSafeIA is a decision-support tool aimed at horse owners and equine professionals. The analyses provided (feed compatibility, plant identification, care product assessment, recommendations) are generated by an artificial intelligence model and:
- do not in any case replace professional veterinary advice;
- may be incomplete or incorrect — AI can make mistakes;
- are provided for informational purposes only.
In case of doubt, serious symptoms or emergency, contact a veterinarian immediately. The Publisher cannot be held liable for any loss resulting from a decision made solely on the basis of the results provided by the App.
The Publisher's liability is limited, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to the amount paid by the user for the subscription during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9 — Intellectual property
The App, its content (text, images, icons, source code, analysis models, algorithms) and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of Marie Dadomo or her licensors. Any unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
The user retains ownership of the photos and content they submit to the App. By submitting them, they grant the Publisher a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, solely for the purpose of providing the service. Photos submitted for AI scanning are not retained for third-party model training without explicit consent.
The shared data catalogue (plants, products, ingredients) constitutes a collaborative database. User contributions (ingredient corrections, reports) are granted to the Publisher free of charge to improve the service.
10 — Personal data & Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
11 — Changes to these terms
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Any material change will be notified to users at least 30 days before its entry into force, via in-app notification and/or email. Continued use of the App after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12 — Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the defendant's domicile, or, for consumer disputes, those of the consumer's place of residence.
For users residing in the European Union, the rights conferred by local consumer protection legislation remain applicable.
For EU consumers, the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. In France, consumers may also contact the designated mediator free of charge:

Apple users: these terms constitute the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) referenced in the App Store. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
